Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to any paid digital products, premium guides, memberships or other services sold directly by KhatwaPlay Media Ltd. through KhatwaPlay. It does not apply to products or services you buy from third parties via links on our Site.

1. Scope

Most content on KhatwaPlay is free to read. Where we offer paid digital products — such as premium guides or a supporter membership — the terms below apply.

2. Your right to cancel

For eligible purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, you acknowledge that by starting the download or accessing the content you may lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right; where that applies we will make it clear at checkout.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@khatwaplay.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. We may ask for basic details to verify the purchase.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear.

5. Non-refundable items

Memberships are non-refundable for periods already elapsed. Refunds may be declined where we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent or abusive, or where the content has been substantially consumed.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the law.
