2. Personal data we collect
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Contact data — your name and email address when you use our contact form, request a correction, or contact us by email.
- Newsletter data — your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

- Communications data — the content of messages you send us and our replies.
We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as data about health, race, or political opinions) and ask that you do not send it to us.

8. Children
KhatwaPlay is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
