KhatwaPlay Media Ltd. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement in line with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent principles under UK and EU law.
1. Our content
Original content published on KhatwaPlay is owned by or licensed to KhatwaPlay Media Ltd.. Game titles, artwork and trademarks referenced in our coverage remain the property of their respective owners and are used for the purpose of commentary, criticism and news reporting.
2. Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on KhatwaPlay infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL;
- your contact details (name, address, telephone and email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

4. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to legal@khatwaplay.com including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
5. Repeat infringers
It is our policy to disable or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
